If you remember the 4th Star Wars Movie called the Phantom Menace you also remember the Robot Army that Obie Wan Kenobi and his teacher had to fight.

Zolam, the drug, is turning people into biological robots who don't feel anything whether they die or kill or torture anyone. And then they forget what they have done. How convenient?

ISIS probably couldn't afford to buy warrior robots to kill, maim and torture at least yet.

However, they could afford to buy 100,000 doses (probably much more than this) of Zolam and force their foot soldiers, especially children to take it which makes these mostly unwilling children basically biological zombies or robots that will do what they are told while they are high on Zolam and then they will mostly forget what they did if they survive that particular battle.

So, if you give a 15 year old zolam and then strap on a suicide vest on him, he will blow himself up even if he or she wouldn't have done that in a million years if he or she had had a choice not to become a temporary biological robot.

Think about the implications of this worldwide now and in the future for a moment.

Turning children and people into military robots without a heart or a conscience is what ISIS is doing now.

And:
Criminal gangs and other people who kidnap child soldiers likely will take a lesson from ISIS too now so this is even worse.

The problem is that people(especially children in Syrian and Iraq) who have watched ISIS kill everyone in their village) are going to be scared before they take this drug of the people controlling them. They are still going to be in the habit of obeying these  people they are terrified of when they are high on Zolam which means anything asked of them by their captors they will do including strapping on a bomb and detonating it anywhere, even if they never in a million years would have done this when they weren't high on Zolam.
