The Canadian Shooter was plagued with demons and devils it is reported. When I looked into this man's eyes in the Canadian picture he was fighting for his soul with a demon at that point. In fact, I had had a vision of a demon or devil the night before he shot up Canadian Parliament. This man was a known criminal who had also had drug problems and who likely joined the Jihadist Movement as a way "in his own mind" to save his soul.
However, often people who have gotten too deep into drugs can have this problem. Unfortunately, he chose a jihadist path to combat his demons and now both he and a Canadian soldier are dead.
Hopefully, Canada can stiffen it's laws so 10 more people don't do this sometime again.
So, what I saw the night before explains what I saw in this man's eyes in this picture. It was a precognition of this event to see this coming.
