If you can't be honest with yourself you are not honest with others

We have all met people like this all the time in our lives. They are very sincere people often and often think they are telling you the truth. And then you talk to their brother or sister or mother and realize they are completely self deluded and couldn't give you the truth if their life depended upon it because if they actually faced the truth of their lives they might have to jump off a cliff in reality.

So, you cannot trust much of anything they say because of this.

So, even though they think they are being completely honest with you, you realize that you really cannot trust anything they say even though they are completely sincere.

Part of this is about how harmed this person was by life as it went by them as they grew up and whether they could cope with what happened to them in a healthy way or not. Sometimes, it took me years to ferret out people like this in my life that I thought I could trust because they were just so sincere (with everyone but themselves).

I don't hate people like this I just classify them in my life as adults who are actually children and not adults and we all know one or more people like this right now or have known someone like this along the way.

This is one reason why I don't believe in the classification" Evil". I believe that there is chaos and I believe there is ignorance and that most chaos in life is caused by ignorance.

And even chaos if properly understood scientifically wouldn't likely be called chaos but rather weather that was unpredictable or cars that didn't work right or people who weren't watching what they were doing or things like that.

And then there are people who are genuinely criminally insane or totally sociopathic but I still don't call this evil, I call this a chemical imbalance in their brains either caused by birth or diet or a combination of factors.

Even the leader of ISIS likely is a severely abused child who was very intelligent and had a really bad experience growing up and so is directly responsible for the deaths of thousands and thousands of children and adults.

However, so is Assad, so was Saddam Hussein, So is Putin responsible for likely the creation of ISIS and the deaths of at least 250,000 Chechens.

So, why is life this way?

It's sort of always been this way. Only now we try to save lives more than they did 1000 years ago. But now, that is a problem too because we have completely thrown off the balance of nature of the whole planet with western medicine with overpopulation. And this is going to kill all life on earth too.

So, we cannot win for losing?

No. We have to learn it is not about good and bad it is about balance. As long as people talk about good and bad or good and evil, balance can never be achieved and the human race is doomed to extinction.
