This at first sounds like a dumb question until you look at all the changes since Arab Spring happened and then Assad, Russia and Iran happened to the Sunnis in Syria and then ISIL happened to northern Syria and Northern Iraq monopolizing on the upsetedness of 1.1 billion Sunnis throughout the world at what has been happening to the 9 million Sunni Refugees in various countries including Syria now as well as the 200,000 dead Sunnis and Shias killed by Assad with funding from Russia and Iran.
So, yes, "Will any government in the Middle East survive the next 10 to 20 years?
This is a valid question that would have been absurd to ask 5 to 10 years ago but not now.
And what could also end all governments in the Middle East?
Ebola if it isn't stopped soon.
So, ISIL and groups like it could end all governments in the Middle East and so could Ebola. One or both could do that.
So, being aware of this should empower the world to stop both things from happening. However, much bigger threat to the world right now is Putin. Overlooking this could be fatal for all life on earth for a variety of reasons.
