Healing is a State of Mind

What is the opposite of Healing?
Hopelessness.

So, if we want to be in a state of constant healing of ourselves and all around us we must become generators of hope.

How does one become a Generator of hope?

By Praying and meditating upon things that will heal us, our children, and the world.

It is just like that one Junior high School in San Francisco deciding to have the kids meditate 1/2 hour a day and finding it reduced arguments and violence in the school in a quantifiable way.

If you take the time to meditate or pray (similar things) you begin the process of healing internally which then can begin to manifest externally as well.

Within our subconscious minds (whether you believe in God or not) there are natural states of healing present at all times.

By stilling our minds and calming ourselves down we can become in contact with those natural states of healing that are present all the time if we only tune into them.

IF we are only run by the external world around us upon the external world's schedule then often times we become out of sorts and out of touch with ourselves.

IF we are not in touch with ourselves we are not in touch with our own healing states and until we get in touch with our own healing states we cannot usually heal ourselves or help others to heal.

So, in quieting down ourselves by taking time to disconnect from the cares of the world and taking time to connect with our inner spirits (God if you wish) we become healed in all ways and others around us often become healed by our experiences of healing too.
