Small drones and fragmentation devices

I'm beginning to think about drones differently in realizing that even the small ones could easily be carriers for fragmentation devices like Hand Grenades. With electric powered drones dropping a hand grenade on someone or a group of people they likely could be timed (especially at night) to explode exactly when it reached them. Because of this, I'm seeing drones in a different light than I used to. Because one wouldn't necessarily hear them coming, one would just be blown up when the drone zeroed in on someone's cell phone signal or just zeroed in on people's heat signature with infrared sensing.

In the past as someone who remembers  previous lifetimes living in other lifetimes in societies like the one we are now entering in the past, present and future, it is sort of like the Wild West when small drones are created sort of like when 6 shooter revolvers made killing sort of like little machine guns in the early to mid 1800s.

Let me explain it this way: drones big and small are depopulation devices in exactly the same way ISIS is a depopulation device for the middle east and Africa right now.

Neither of them are going to have any positive result (unless you consider the depopulation of the earth a positive thing).

At least in a military sense worldwide:

However, they might be very useful for companies like Amazon.com or UPS or FEDEX regarding the deliveries of packages worldwide in good weather when it isn't raining, snowing or too windy to fly them.

Later: actually when I thought about it more they might be okay in non-windy snowstorms if the snow wasn't too heavy and the packages were waterproof. However, unless the drones themselves were waterproof too they likely wouldn't be great in any kind of rain, wind or not.

So, in the end the biggest enemy of drones (little ones at least) is wind.
