Spiritual Realizations

What Are Spiritual Realizations?

The best way I think to put this might be to say that your view of reality completely changes to another view of reality.

And this often is successive, which means that you constantly begin to change your view of reality given new experiences and variables.

How does this start?

The easiest way to approach this might be to say, "Do you remember when you were about 8 to 12 years of age when you first realized your parents made mistakes?

Unfortunately, this might happen even younger to some people which is why they might be traumatized their whole lives from this.

However, if you were about 8 to 12 years of age when this happened you likely thought to yourself, "Oh My God! My parents aren't always right about everything. Now What?"

This might be your first spiritual realization of any note in your life. It is the beginning of many more.

If you are a healthy individual you begin to separate from your parents a little at this point. You might still respect and love them and care for them as they are sincere and taking care of you, but no longer do you completely trust what they are telling you because you realize you have to survive no matter what they believe.

So, you start to become your own criteria. You begin to start making the rules you will live by and this changes over time if you are smart as you are given new and hopefully more useful information ongoing in your life.

Then starting about High School or College you look around and everyone is wrong and crazy. So, at this point you really don't trust anyone not even yourself fully. So, you begin to think that suicide might be the best answer for the crazy world you live in. Because you don't see why you should put up with all this craziness ongoing.

However, if you keep getting spiritual realizations and keep being a searcher for truth, you don't just drown yourself to death by 25 or 30 in alcohol, drugs and excesses of every kind. Instead you start to see that diet, choosing the right places to live and be and making healthy friends and habits and hobbies is the way forward if you are very lucky. And in the process of all this the spiritual realizations grow and continue and you continue to grow as well.

Of course, there are ups and downs and disappointments you will always face, and staying alive and sane through all these ups and downs is often very difficult. But, if you never completely give up you can go to bed at night crying out to God to take your life because you just can't take anymore and wake up a new person in the Morning like you reincarnated and go off in some new and different direction to try to find a way forward that you can live with.

So, one by one spiritual realizations that can completely turn your life inside out and upside down in the end might lead you to a life you can actually stand to live if you never give up. And the life we can stand to live and be happy enough to endure might not be at all what we imagined as children growing up.

So, spiritual realizations are the key to life itself because without them we are all dead before our time.

Without spiritual realizations we are all: "Born died 20 buried 60" or "born died 18 to 25 or 30".
