The scientists claim that Clinton performed 7% worse on non-paper ballots (electronic votes) than on Paper ballots in all counties in all these states which is evidence of a voter hacking in Wisconsin, Michigan and Pennsylvania. One of the states has a cut off for asking for a recount because of this as of this Friday.

I mentioned this likely would be a problem with Russia involved before the elections. This makes 100% sense to me. They couldn't hack paper ballots but could easily hack electronic ones thereby throwing the election to Trump illegally.
So, this is very likely what happened and how Russia has thrown the election to Trump illegally by electronic means.
This makes perfect sense that Russia could succeed in a close election after the FBI manipulated the election in Trump's favor for a week before the election. So, this might prove that Russia and the FBI conspired to put Trump into office.
Also, in previous articles I mentioned that Russia and the FBI could not succeed at throwing the election to Trump unless the voting was very close and Comey saw to that by releasing the information he did that had no validity one week before the elections.
So, Comey's release combined with Russia's hack likely created a voter fraud situation that created Trump as president through voter fraud and electronic manipulation of electronic ballots in Wisconsin, Michigan and Pennsylvania which also makes more sense
by the fact that Hillary won the popular vote likely in the end by 2 million votes nationwide.
