Did Putin Throw the Election?

This is one possibility in why Hillary isn't conceding because she might know something that we don't. This is one of my thoughts.

So, it is possible that Russia succeeded in throwing the election to make Trump win.

But, here is my thought.

Let's say Russia threw the election for Trump. He found a way to do this. So, what does the U.S. do?

Does it declare war on Russia and bring out the nukes?

OR does it pretend this is an okay election that Putin didn't throw for Trump.

It's sort of like the Kennedy Assassination where Russia likely through Krushchev assasinated Kennedy. But, the U.S. government couldn't admit it because it would start a nuclear war.

It may be that this is the same case tonight. We might never know.

How could the polls be this wrong? Tell me that.

So, because of all this we might never know the truth just like with the Kennedy assassination.
