This is a good place to start with all this. Non-politically correct discourse is very crude as seen by Trump all the way through this election. For example, Jeb Bush likely quit partly because of how bad he was treated by Trump likely unfairly.
However, we must think if the nation can afford another election this insane ever again. And did we survive this one yet?
Will we survive the election tomorrow?
Unknown.
Will our democracy survive the election tomorrow?
Unknown.
But, therapy wise don't take personally what has happened in this election.
I had to watch police bash in the heads of young people my age on TV during the 1968 Democratic convention outside that were demonstrating against many things.
At least this is mostly verbal and people are not being beat to death over this election that much.
I hope it stays that way.
But, if you can afford it talk to a therapist to work some of this through or talk to your minister or priest or mother or father to work all this through so you aren't getting mentally ill or physically ill over all this.
No matter who is elected are you going to die from it?
Likely not. At least not for a few years time.
So, if it really turns out to be that bad you can think about moving to another country after the election.
Now it is time to vote for who you believe will help the country the most or who you think will do the least damage to the country: one or the other.
In two or three days time you can then start thinking about whether you need to leave the country or not if who you wanted didn't get elected.
But, in the meantime be sure to vote for the best or the least bad candidate according to your thoughts.
By God's Grace our democracy will survive all this too and so will you.
