It presently appears like it. Often presidents to redirect world attention and attention at home start wars so they can be re-elected because when there is fighting and dying the people get scared as their boys die overseas and in hospitals here and abroad.
The war most likely would be against North Korea or Iran or both at this point. These are the most likely places Bolton would advise attacking.
Everyone thinks Bolton (especially ALL Generals of the American Armed Forces) is the worst choice possible for NSA (national Security Advisor to the President).

Because Bolton is the worst Neo-Con War Dog that Trump could have chosen as NSA.
