I had recorded on my TIVO recently E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial (1982) because I
haven't seen this classic movie recently by Steven Spielberg. If you haven't seen it it is likely Drew Barrymore's first movie. I think she is 5 years old in it. I realized she had to be actually about 7. Now she directs and produces movies after acting most of her life. I realized she is presently 42 years old. My how time flies. In 1982 when I saw this with my ex-wife's mother, my son who was likely 6 to 8 years old and his cousin about his age I was 34 years of age then. But, it is great fun because Spielberg has always made really fantastic movies pretty much consistently. This is a real classic by the way and kids almost any age can watch it down to about 5 years of age or maybe even younger.
