Likely it would be done through bug sized Artificial intelligence by mimicking the poisons in poisonous bugs like spiders and wasps and bees. All they would have to do would be to get this artificial intelligence thing into a home or office, sneak up on their intended victim and sting them and then they would be dead.
IF the venom was synthesized or the actual venom of the thing it was supposed to be it might not be detectable later (in a post mortem autopsy) that it wasn't an actual bee, wasp, hornet, or spider but an artificial intelligence or (remote control) version instead.
So, I think first you would have to look at the profession or training of the person winding up dead or maimed to ascertain whether this might be the case in that individual situation.
But, with already 3 victims in the last month in England being killed or maimed or possibly even dead by now by Russia, you have to start thinking in this way in the present retaliation of Russia upon the U.S. and the world for sanctions placed against it. Because from Russia's point of view, Sanctions are a real WAR against it to be retaliated against any way possible! And for North Korea Sanctions are also seen as a real war against it too! So, not to expect real retaliations is to be naive. Also, expect in this war for Russia and North Korea to be allies against the U.S. and the rest of the world.
To the best of my ability I write about my experience of the Universe Past, Present and Future
