Lacto Ovo is the easiest vegetarian diet to be on

There is a certain comfort that milk and dairy products like Yoghurt give a person that being a vegan does not. Organic Baked potatoes eating everything including the skin can be very important on this diet to keep balanced too. You want ONLY organic potatoes, Carrots and Apples for sure because these veggies and fruits take sprays (both insecticides and herbicides into their flesh) so you can never wash them off to be free of them.)

But, Lacto-ovo vegetarian is very healthy and still likely will prevent heart disease and heart bypass operations completely after doing this enough years to undo any damage done by eating things like Beef or pork or other heavy things like Crisco oil which completely clog arteries and lead to strokes and heart bypass operations and heart attacks over time.
