We have a president who isn't functioning as a president. Therefore it falls to the Leader of the Senate, McConnell to allow a vote on something. But, either Putin or Trump is blackmailing McConnell it seems. Both appear to be corrupt here.
So, why won't McConnell override the president's veto?
What have Putin and Trump on McConnell to blackmail him that he is so afraid?
The House is ready to open the government.
It's McConnell in the Senate and Trump in the White House stopping the reopening of government.
Do both McConnell and Trump work for Putin?
