Periodically there likely will be 737 types of software problems on ships, cars and planes ongoing

Why will there be people killing problems on Ships, planes and cars and Trucks that are partially or fully self driving periodically ongoing now?

Because people don't want to die and will do anything in their power that they can think of to prevent their untimely deaths.

However, Software doesn't even know what life or death is so when things start going wrong regarding software, often it will just keep doing more of the same (whatever that is) which will sometimes lead to untimely deaths of 1 up to 1 million or more people depending upon the situation we are dealing with.

For example, the real nightmare scenario I have foreseen that likely will happen sometime in the next 500 to 1000 years is a Solar Flare big enough to disable all passenger planes on the side of the planet being hit with the solar flare which likely would fry the software of all passenger planes in the sky at that moment.

Unless redundancy systems are on board shielded somehow by thin lead shielding to protect from this occurrence then all passenger planes hit with this Solar Flare would simply fall out of the sky at the same time. I did an estimate of just how many planes would fall at one point and I think I calculated that up to 1 million people would die from such and event.

And this isn't IF it is ONLY WHEN if you study the Carrington Event. Another Carrington event would do this on the side of the planet it was hitting.

The solar storm of 1859 (also known as the Carrington Event) was a powerful geomagnetic storm during solar cycle 10 (1855–1867). A solar coronal mass ejection (CME) hit Earth's magnetosphere and induced one of the largest geomagnetic storms on record, September 1–2, 1859.
