I think Trump's mental condition is worsening

Would I define it at this point as Senile Dementia probably no? I think I would define this as Angry White man pre-dementia of a privileged white man that expects 1000 of times more every second than 90% of the people of earth do. And likely this more than anything makes him the most dangerous man on earth with Nuclear launch codes in his hands. (especially when he talks about possibly killing 10 million Afghans to end the 19 year war there.)
