Despite the objections of both Senators from California that the judge has no knowledge or connection or understanding or sympathy of California problems the Senate voted him in anyway which is completely contrary to standard procedure for 100 or 200 years here in the U.S. This can only create more problems than it solves for both California, the U.S. and the world.
