The first planet Earth born humans Terraform likely will be earth not Mars

Why?

The ONLY way to prevent human extinction caused by Global Warming and Global Climate change is to intervene in the global Warming process of earth.

Politically, this is a nightmare though. It could likely only work at present with a one world government. But, a one world government is a potential nightmare too.

So, terraforming likely would create wars because what helped one nation likely would hurt another nation.

Let me tell you a true story. The year is 1793 I believe when the French revolution occurred with Guillotines lopping off all the heads of any of the aristocracy that didn't leave France and go to England or somewhere else.

But, what you probably don't know is what actually caused the French revolution which is the Volcanoes of Iceland creating such a pyroclastic cloud that it occluded the sun in France as the cloud passed by that year so only the aristocracy was fed and the middle class and poor of France starved and so they revolted from starvation and guillotined all the aristocracy.

So, what am I saying here? I'm saying that it is possible to create a pyroclastic glass dust cloud to occlude the sun to prevent more global warming.

However, it would help some countries and hurt others depending upon their present climates. So, this is the problem where you would have rich countries optimizing the benefits of pyroclastic clouds but poor countries having really terrible weather and having French type revolutions with their aristocracies being killed.

So, can terraforming be done here on earth?

Yes. But, some will benefit and some will die if that takes place.

But, the alternative to this might be: "EVERYONE DIES!"

And that might be important to understand here.

For the human race to continue here on earth some of us must survive whatever comes.
