The main problem of being in your 20s:

Is staying alive and sane until you are 30 and beyond. The physically most happy anyone ever gets is usually between 32 and 33 years of age.

However, I can safely say that the happiest I have been in my life is since I was forced to retire at age 50. Why?

Because life was a struggle until then. So, when my wife forced me to retire so I wouldn't die because we had a 2 1/2 year old daughter and older children too, I got over middle aged Crazy that I had been dealing with since my father died when I was 37. The angels came to me and told me my life was going to get much better while I thought I was dying for 8 months time.

The angels are always right. The best part of my life has been the last 21 years of my life since I was forced to retire AT 50. Thank you angels for telling me my life was going to get better! It did!

Thank you God!

Note: So, if you survive until you are 30 you might just make it to 50 and beyond too where happiness is actually possible. But, I was also really happy between 32 and 37 before my father died too. You have to be grown up enough to know what is actually possible and to know yourself enough too in order to even know if you are happy or not at the time.

The problem of being in one's 20s is usually (but not always) unrealistic expectations. This nearly killed me from 1969 when I was 21 until my son was born and I got married in 1974. After that I had to stay alive to raise my son right and it didn't really matter what happened to me after that. I had responsibilities.

By God's Grace
