Every subpoena denied becomes another potential article of impeachment against Trump
especially regarding obstruction of justice. So, each subpoena denied by the White House or by the Pompeo or by Barr the more likely Barr and Pompeo will be seeing jail time. The president is another case entirely in that Barr and Pompeo are looking more like Erlich and Haldeman in the Nixon Debacle in 1974. Whereas the American people might want to protect the office of the president (not Trump) but the presidential office itself. So, it is less likely that Trump will actually see Jail time. But, more likely that Pompeo and Barr and Giuliani will see jail time at present.
