The only thing that makes sense to me of what Trump is trying to do is to create a "SMOKESCREEN OF DEATH" by releasing thousands of ISIS prisoners who are guarded by Kurds who are evacuating because they are being bombed by Turkish planes right now. So, maybe Trump expects the "ISIS SAFE HAVEN" of Turkey (who halfway supports ISIS against Assad and Iran). So, likely bombings will begin again in Europe and throughout the middle east by those ISIS prisoners released by Trump's actions through Erdogan.
Maybe Trump is expecting to run away to Turkey or Russia when all this is over and the thousands of Kurds who are now likely to die are the price of Trump's freedom in Turkey or Russia after all this is over.
