And more countries likely will have to do this to preserve civilization especially in places like Africa and South America.
But, there is also another side to this.
If you have enough food and water to survive all this and have a shelter that your rent is paid for or that you own, now is a time for self relection and meditation and contemplation.
Why?
Because EVERYTHING is changing in ways beyond any of our present imaginations.
Here are some of the questions:
Is Oil going to end because people cannot support it anymore?
Is Solar the power of the future with really great Batteries?
Is Wind power going to be used more now?
Are governments here on earth going to survive this?
Are each of the 50 states going to become separate countries because of Trump's terrible misuse of the presidency (in other words his being a NON-President in times of crisis?)
Will Restaurants and Bars continue to exist? Or will they drastically change forms from what they presently are?
What businesses will still be here 10 years from now?
What professions will still be here 10 years from now?
Where will you be 1 year or five years or 10 years from now?
It's time to contemplate all these things so you and your family can survive all these changes!
