Why?
Because up until now he was our problem because enough Americans voted him in to have him be elected in the electoral college even though he lost the popular vote by 5 million sort of the same thing with George W. Bush in 2000 in Florida (hanging chads).
But, the problem as I see it is because of Trump not taking this seriously enough soon enough we likely have already lost 100,000 people to coronavirus (tested and untested) so far to be realistic about all this. Is Trump fully responsible for most of these deaths. On some level the answer has to be "YES" because he didn't act soon enough.
Is China responsible for 100,000 American deaths?
I think this answer has to be "Yes" too because they lied to us about how bad it was and didn't give us enough good information. S. Korea, Japan and Singapore and Taiwan are used to how China lies but Americans think somewhat differently and aren't used to dealing with people not being straightforward and honest as a culture.
So, I would say Trump and China are equally responsible for 100,000 American deaths at this point.
By the way we only lost 50,000 American soldiers in the Viet Nam War for a comparison to now.
