What does "The Never Ending Crisis" mean?

It means it isn't like a fire or a hurricane or a tornado or even a series of tornadoes. It is much worse than any of those things worldwide.

It would be like constantly having tornadoes and hurricanes and droughts and fires worldwide where people were dying and people couldn't easily grow food or transport it without getting sick and dying or causing others to die.

So, "The Never Ending Crisis" just means we are going to be going through all this for several years worldwide until the tidal waves of this thing subside and life returns to some semblance of normalcy once again worldwide in a completely new Normal.

Because the world I grew up in  and you grew up in is gone for now at least.
