Almost anyone can learn to blog using Auto-Encoders like they have at blogger.com

When I first started blogging in June of 1999 I started with a geocities.com site. Then Yahoo bought geocities at some point. But, the point is I had to program my geocities site completely using HTML or Hypertext Markup Language. So, I know how to do that.

However, one reason when Geocities ended and a bought a site which I still have at Yahoo Business in which all the longer things I write tend to be there (but probably not all) I also started a free website here at blogger.com because it goes worldwide wherever Google goes on earth because I believe Google either owns or is in association with blogger.com or Blogspot where this is published through.

But, the point is that you do not have to learn HTML if you don't want to to blog at blogger.com
when you go to where you compose your work there are two buttons up on the left toward the top of this application where it says in the left box "Compose" and then there is a right box next to it where it says "HTML".

If you click on "Compose" this is the auto-encoder but if you click HTML then you HAVE to compose in HTML so be careful here.

How do you compose in compose?

If you ONLY want to write and not put any pictures at all then just start writing and leave spaces for paragraphs and you are on your way. But, if you want to use picture then the pictures have to be resident on your computer unless you are using the edit function. IF you are in Google Chrome which I use because since this is a Google compatible likely works the best with Chrome. So, when I use Chrome I like it most of the way it turns out when I compose through Chrome on my computer. If you look at the very top of the page your edit function if you Click on it drops down and the two most important for quoting things are "Copy" and "Paste".

But, if you use these functions it is better if your site is a free one and doesn't have any adds for a variety of reasons. I use no adds at all to denote that this is a public service site given freely to mankind to help them survive these times better. This site is dedicated to the prevention of extinction of mankind and of helping people become enlightened enough so they and their families don't go extinct worldwide. (Which might be exceedingly helpful in times just like these worldwide.)

To use the edit functions copy and paste first use your mouse to turn what you want to quote into your blog blue or purple or whatever color your device makes them. Once it is a color you then click copy. At this point your computer has copied all the pictures and designs of this place and you now have a copy to put into your blog page. Then you put your cursor from your mouse in your compose area where you want this to go and then click "Paste". If you did everything right it should be there either soon or sometimes you have to wait a while depending upon your device. I'm not sure why some places take longer than others by the way.

Then if you want to test what you got click "Publish" up to your right and see what you have so far. However, if you want people to find this you need to click up to the left where it says Post just to the right you need a title and the other thing you want to do is to go to the right where it says "Label". Without Label people won't be able to find this online even if they use the exact title you gave if they don't know your blogger.com site name. So, the Label will allow people to find your article even if they don't know your blogger.com name or site. I choose to call my label the same as my title by the way to avoid confusion by readers worldwide.

NOTE: One thing I didn't mention above is that it is much easier and effective if you have at least 2 windows open at the same time when copying and pasting for quoting from another website. And once again I cannot over stress enough that it isn't useful to be quoting other people's sites if you are making money through adds at your site. One window is at blogger.com where you are in compose mode and one is the source of your quote. But, you usually don't want more than 5 or 8 windows open at the same time because it will slow your computer down the more windows you have open. So, I usually close as many windows as I can every time I sit down to blog. So, I have the minimum  windows open functionally to blog with at one time. But, I usually leave up a weather site to know the weather where I live and my kids live here or Oregon or Europe or Los Angeles or wherever I'm planning to visit next so I can properly prepare for whatever the weather is going to be where I go or along the route I'm planning to take.

The other thing that is important is ALWAYS give credit to the site you are quoting by giving your readers either a URL or a Link or Word button (same thing) so you aren't accused of plagiarism.  By sharing information and then telling people where you got this information then legally you are in much better shape regarding all this.

Sometimes I will get information from many different sources and then I will put it in my own words. When I have done a lot of research often I don't say all the sources because honestly I mostly don't remember at that point from studying so many things. So, at that point I will just state things as facts without giving URLs or Links which are word buttons.

Doing this I would call Synthesis where you combine information from many sources and add your thoughts and realizations you get while studying many things that are related. I'm very good at bringing facts from many different sources together in a useful way which is one of my strengths as a person. It has always helped me make good decisions in my life too.

End note.
