How did we get here to this?

I think you have to go back to at least the 1990s to make any sense of what our present condition as a nation is.

It started likely during the longest non-Cold War time of our nation during the Clinton Administration or possibly a more useful time to start would be during the George Bush I administration from 1988 to 1992 and Desert Storm. Kuwait after being attacked by Iraq and Saddam Hussein asked for U.S. help and paid the U.S. Army as a mercenary army to bring back Kuwait to them because they were oil rich. Saddam Hussein had asked a lower level Ambassador from the U.S. what the U.S. would do if he invaded Kuwait and This American Abassador said, "Nothing" which would have been true if Kuwait hadn't paid for the U.S. army to be a mercenary army taking back their country. Most people who died there were Iraqis running away from the coalition of American and European Troops by the way. Saddam Hussein was very upset at all this so ordered his troops to set on fire all Kuwaiti oil wells so they burned for a month or two until wildcatters were hired to put out the well fires from mostly Texas and other places. I think they use Nitroglycerin to blow up  to starve the fire from oxygen.

So, this is probably where to start to where we got here from there. But, of course you can go back 100 years and follow the history too.

Then we have the end of the Cold War which really upset all our secret agencies a lot so many people think that 9-11 was actually a fund raiser for our secret agencies since Osama Bin Laden had always been a double agent CIA agent and likely was until his death. They couldn't have him be alive because he knew too much. So, Obama whether he knew about all this or not had him killed.

But before this Osama Bin Laden masterminded 9-11 and a year or two before tried to blow up the World Trade Center but they didn't have enough explosives and so this failed. So, this was Osama Bin Laden's 2nd attempt at blowing up the world Trade Center buildings when he succeeded this time with stealing passenger planes and flying them into the buildings instead because they were like kerosene filled missiles while filled with fuel. However, it is uncertain if Any people were on board these planes simply because it was possible then to remote fly planes into buildings with no one on board. But, nevertheless about 3000 workers, tourists and firefighters and policemen died on 9-11.

Bin Laden was raised as a devout Sunni Muslim. From 1968 to 1976, he attended the élite secular Al-Thager Model School. He studied economics and business administration at King Abdulaziz University. Some reports suggest he earned a degree in civil engineering in 1979, or a degree in public administration in 1981.

So, if Osama was a Civil engineer it would have helped him design a sequence of plane crashes to bring down the the World Trade Center Buildings.

But, things began to go downhill for the U.S. with 9-11. I would say this is where things went wrong not only for the U.S. but for the whole Free World. Then 6 trillion dollars were spent in Iraq and Afghanistan which meant the 6 trillion was not spent on U.S. infrastructure. So, as bridges collapsed and then the San Bruno  natural Gas explosion and many natural gas explosions ever since were a direct result of 9-11 and the 6 trillion dollars put into the Iraq and Afghanistan wars. It is definitely debatable whether all this was wasted because of this actually being a "Fundraiser" for secret agencies throughout the free world.

So, the needs of the American people for renewed infrastructure was lost with Bridges collapsing from rust and in need of repair and gas mains blowing up that are 50 to 75 years old and instead being wasted in Iraq and Afghanistan.

As a result when 1st the dot com bubble burst in 2000
and the market crashed for the first time in this century.

Then soon after this 9-11-01 happened which threw everything into shock in the Free world as this was like a monkey wrench thrown into the machinery of Democracy worldwide.

This created nothing but chaos here in the U.S. economically (except for the Military industrial complex which made millions and billions of dollars)

Then the 6 trillion dollars invested in War in IRaq and Afghanistan created both directly and indirectly the market crash of

1 By Mar. 5, 2009, it had dropped more than 50% to 6,594.44. Although it wasn't the greatest percentage decline in history, it was vicious. The stock market fell 90% during the Great Depression.

This then caused the average middle class person who divested from the stock market out of fear to lose their homes if they weren't paid for and therefore to lose on average 75% of their savings because of this.

From the incredible anger of both Democrats and Republicans Raped of their life savings who were middle class or lower we then have rage and anger like I have never seen except during 9-11 and the Kennedy assassinations and the Cuban Missile Crisis.

Then this rage was misdirected into electing Trump as president and now the Coronavirus is the worst disaster to hit the U.S. since World War II and the Great Depression.

IN fact, it is potentially much much worse for the whole world and the U.S. because it is unraveling businesses and jobs and civilization worldwide. And on top of everything else it likely will last as long or longer than World war II did at least at this point in harming people's livelihoods and through coronavirus killing 1 out of 10 that will die. Because most people aren't going to die from coronavirus but from starvation because of the long term effects of coronavirus.

Plus because of there now being almost 8 billion people alive on earth now at the same time, we could lose through the coronavirus and starvation up to 1 billion people in the next 10 years here on earth. Though this is theoretical at present even if 1 billion people died only less than 1/3 of those deaths would actually be reported because only those who die of coronavirus are going to be reported and even then only those who were tested with coronavirus will ever be reported at all. None of the 2/3 extra coronavirus patients who die at home or on the streets will ever be reported except by bloggers like myself. and None of the starving likely will be reported except by bloggers like myself worldwide at this point.

Why?

Because the governments of the world don't want to upset the people of the world with the actual truth. So, only less than 1/3 or even less than that will ever be reported in newspapers or TV around the world.
