Then I'm thinking the death rate among the poor and lower classes could be as high as 10% to 50% of the population initially. It wouldn't be a matter of finding ventilators in such a country because likely there wouldn't be any except for the leadership of the country.
Also, you cannot believe the actual death tolls of ANY 3rd world country because likely the only people being actually tested are a part of the government of countries like this and not the common people at all who would be kept in the dark about any of this. They would just die at home or on the streets and never be counted at all in the counts we see of 300,000.
So, the actual cost in lives worldwide is much much higher because of this than anything you would ever read. It would be way beyond 900,000 and likely well over a million or even 2 million or more in actuality when you look at this thing worldwide.
And on top of all this for every one person dying in the next year from coronavirus you have to expect 10 more to die from starvation caused by the reactions to coronavirus worldwide. So, I would say it would be realistic to expect at least 10 to 12 million people this next year to starve to death in addition to those dying from coronavirus worldwide.
