In fact in 1970 I almost froze to death on Mt. Shasta during a white out blizzard where navigation was impossible. So, we dug a snow cave (which the air inside can go up to 50 Degrees without melting the snow inside in order to survive the night, the whiteout and the blizzard which dropped 5 feet of powder snow on us during College Christmas vacation in 1970.
But, I have heard of yogic practitioners who sat on a block of ice and completely melted the block of ice with their Tummo body heat from their practices without getting frostbite while doing this. So, in the Himalayan Fastness it is one way not to freeze to death if you have this practice while living between 8000 and 15,000 feet in elevation which is where most Tibetans in Tibet live.
To the best of my ability I write about my experience of the Universe Past, Present and Future
