One of the worst things that could happen is people being in the hospital with flu alongside of Coronavirus patients nationwide. This is why getting a flu shot is even more important this year than in previous years. Because cross infections between people with flu and people with coronavirus is only going to increase deaths from both significantly in any hospital they are in.
The worst problem might be people going in with one and then having both coronavirus and flu at the same time leading to more fatalities nationwide from both at the same time.
