Have enough compassion for yourself and your family to survive the coronavirus

One of the problems is that many people don't value their lives or they really don't want to be alive anymore. If you ask them they would deny this but if they were actually honest with themselves they likely would prefer to be dead.

So, part of how we survive the coronavirus is to value our lives enough to stay alive.

How do we do this?

We have to counter the negative conditioning of family and friends while we were growing up.

How do we do this?

By reparenting ourselves to overcome negative conditioning from parents and siblings and bad friends along the way.

How do you reparent yourself? One way is to learn about peer counseling in your area and to read about it.

We have to overcome our adapted Child (our dysfunctional child)  that is caused by mistreatment and betrayal of us as we were growing up. The problem becomes often at a conscious or subconscious level or both we believe the negative conditioning and this can make us vulnerable to making decisions that could cause our deaths or maiming during the coronavirus.

So, one must start to reparent oneself in a positive way so one doesn't self destruct accidentally during the time of coronavirus.

I started learning about all this in my early 20s in college and this helped save my life so I didn't self destruct by age 25.

So, learning how to recondition your conscious and subconscious mind through reparenting yourself (you are your own parent re-raising yourself this time in a positive way).

You heal the wounds that make you self destructive in your life and become a whole person both consciously and subconsciously.
