Having a section of an Olympic sized public pool where people can pee freely.
In other words what happens in one section of the U.S. also happens in all the other sections of the U.S. eventually just because some people from every section go literally everywhere in all the other sections thereby spreading coronavirus everywhere just like Peeing in a public swimming pool eventually gets on everyone in the pool.
