Should you wear goggles if you fly jets to other cities or countries?

I personally at this point likely won't fly because the air on planes is public and mostly recycled from your little individual vent above your heads when you fly. I suppose if you turned off that personal vent and then wore a mask and goggles you might be safer. Even wearing glasses or sunglasses might help too.

I remember a CNN reporter who travels by jet between cities and countries to report for CNN says he wears a mask AND goggles or he won't fly at all which makes sense to me if your business requires you to travel like being a reporter.

Flying on planes and going on cruise ships might be equally fatal, for example, for people above 40 or 50 years of age.

Don't let people talk you into doing things that might kill you unless you prefer being dead and suffering a whole lot before you die.

Here's another other problem regarding quarantining for Eastern and other states: I have friends that wanted to visit relatives on the East Coast. So, they drove in their car. Then they found out that in that state they were trying to go to on the east coast that if they arrived after midnight on a specific date they would be force to quarantine near the border of that state for 14 Days nowhere near their relatives near the border. So, they drove basically night and day to get to this state and arrived only minutes before they would be forced to quarantine just before midnight. So, they didn't have to quarantine but basically didn't sleep much for 3 days of driving.

For example, I was talking to my wife about going to Hawaii in the Fall and said: "How about wearing masks and goggles if we fly like the CNN Reporter?

She said, "Right now they are quarantining Californians in Hawaii for 2 weeks in their hotel rooms."

This would be basically incredibly expensive and a complete waste of time to quarantine in your hotel room for 2 weeks and then go home?

So, unless you planned to live in Hawaii at least 6 months or more it just wouldn't be worth it to quarantine (because of how expensive most vacation rooms are there per day in Hawaii. Besides, she said, Hawaii is having a pretty severe coronavirus outbreak like Alaska and a lot of remote states right now.
