99,321 recorded in U.S. on Friday -- was the most recorded in one day for any one nation so far on earth

October was unprecedented for several recorded metrics associated with the pandemic.

Of the country's seven highest daily tallies of new cases, six were in October. The highest -- 99,321 recorded on Friday -- was the most recorded in one day for any one nation so far.
The number of US Covid-19 patients in hospitals on Saturday, October's last day, was 47,374 -- 65.6% higher than it was on September 20, when it was at a low following the summer surge.

2.5% or the minimum deaths one can expect of this group within one month or so will therefore be: 2483
But, because of hospitals running out of beds especially
out in the country a death rate of 5% or even 10% is
also a realistic assumption at this point too.
But, the 2483 needs to be multiplied by 3 to include those
who weren't tested who are also dying who cannot afford
to go to a doctor or hospital without bankrupting their families.
