after you write something set it aside for a week, a month a year and then reread it

Why? Because you will be a different person when you reread what you wrote and it will be like a conversation you have between your old self and your new one. And you can laugh at what you wrote or cry about it or have a conversation with your old self. I still read things I wrote 40 years ago about Arcane and think all sorts of things.

This is especially true because when I first wrote about Arcane I thought I was writing Therapeutic Science Fiction and did think this somewhat until I got Sick with a heart virus when I was 50 and was forced to retire or die. During this 8 months from fall of 1998 to May of 1999 when I believed I might die I prepared for death and realized that I had not been writing what I thought but instead I had been writing about past lives in the past, present and future.

I realized that the true nature of an immortal soul is not within time but outside of time. Therefore, I realized it is possible for a soul to know their future lifetimes as well as their past lifetimes as well as other present lifetimes their soul might be living.

This was a complete revelation to me as a being with an immortal soul like you have too and changed how I saw everything.

It also helped me go on with my life and take a completely different attitude which is one of "Grace" which means I realized fully that every moment in the past, present and future we live in any lifetime or earth or beyond or in heaven realms is "By the Grace of God" literally.

And that we only live by the Grace of God in each and every moment anyway all the time.

So, accepting each moment as a Grace given to you by God and being grateful for that moment in the past, present and future is the useful way to "Live Forever" in the Heart of God. And so this is how I see my life, past, present and future.

I live in the past, present and future in the Heart of God by God's Grace so I'm grateful for this every moment I'm alive now.

By God's Grace
