I took some post-it notes and a pencil (old school) and began to look at my Titles page and wrote down the latest most read articles. This way I could begin to "thin out" things that aren't on the most read page at least at this point some. It's very time consuming but it is possible so you can know what readers are reading on this site from around the world at this time. I'm attempting also to put these most read articles in order on a daily basis but this is going to take some time that I might not have for a few days more.
