what was interesting to me about the Oregon issue that passed regarding magic mushrooms and hard drugs

Someone who lives in Oregon said that what it actually said on the ballot was they wanted to legalize "magic Mushrooms" and other hard drugs and that the taxes from selling these things would go towards rehabilitation of addicts of these drugs. Since rehabilitation (especially now with mass suicides and drug use because of Coronavirus and Trump), rehabilitation is likely the most important thing at this point in order to keep the people alive that haven't already killed themselves because of coronavirus and their lost jobs and because of Trump causing 230,000 deaths of people that didn't need to die in the U.S.

But, here's the thing. The Ballot DIDN'T mention which hard drugs it wanted to legalize. I think if they had said "which drugs" like Cocaine and Heroin this issue wouldn't have passed in Oregon. So, in some ways I think the voters in Oregon were misled or at the very least it was "Bait and Switch".
