I don't think this executive Order is actually useful in the long run

When you say that "Americans get the vaccine First" you create an increased hatred of the U.S. especially from 3rd world nations around the world. This is "thinking like a really rich man who wants everyone else to die" basically. Thinking like this only makes enemies around the world and nothing else in both the short and the long run.
