Most people can't handle the truth

There is the famous statement in a movie that Jack Nicolson said,  which is: "YOU CAN'T HANDLE THE TRUTH!"

And then there is the homespun version that would be from the 1800s or the early part of the 20th Century before and after World War II which goes something like:

"You wouldn't know the truth if it jumped up and bit you in the A--!"

I find that both statement are true of most people I meet unfortunately.

Because most people just cannot handle the truth because they are living in an illusion which they believe is the truth so when someone actually tells them the truth they don't believe it because they are sort of living in a fairy tale that their ancestors or they or their parents created for them to live in.

However, I'm not like that because I had to go beyond that to actually stay alive in a body here on earth.

And some of you are like me too.

So, "Question Reality!" was part of my by word growing up past about age 15.

And I found it was necessary to do this especially from about 12 to 30 years of age but actually it's important never to stop questioning reality at each and every point.

The point of this is not to drive yourself crazy. Instead the object of this search is to "just stay alive" another day or moment or year by constantly questioning the reality you are in.

So, each day you are going: "Wait a minute something is wrong with what they are saying but what is it?"

And sometimes you get what's wrong and sometimes it takes some time and sometimes you never fully figure out what was wrong with those people or that person in that situation you just experienced.

But, either way over time you learn how to survive the different people you meet. some people are nice and some people just pretend to be nice and other people are really bad and dangerous. And if you don't learn how to tell the difference then you might not live very long at all.

So, I try to write here for people who want enough truth to stay alive another moment, another day, another year another 10, 20, 30, 40 or 50 years or 100 years or 1000 years or more longer.

Because most of the other people won't even make it to 30.

I write so that you and your family might be one of the families on earth that is still alive in 2100 and after.

By God's Grace
