So, His Oneness and Arcane dropped off the officers at the Time shape hovering over 1992. The officers decided to leave the Jeep in Shambala so there was no evidence of it on earth that could be found after their Pentagon experience. And so Arcane and His Oneness would figure out what to do with it.

Note: from this section: I didn't write about this but the four of them decided to drop the Officers off in 1992 instead of 2080 because it would be safer there for them since the Time Saucer is a dimensional object which means that it can be summoned to any time with the belt dimmer switch on Captain Forward's belt. So, even though it is above the Sacramento river in stasis in 2080 it is also in stasis potentially above the Sacramento river in 1992 as well because of the nature of it's stasis. This is just one of the many interesting features of the Eisenhower Flying Saucer that Eisenhower purchased from UFOs in the early 1950s at Edward Air Force Base when it was still Called Muroc instead of Edwards.
