It took me 10 or more years after my first conscious out of body experience to realize I was already everywhere in time and space

The first hurdle to overcome is to realize you have an immortal soul that can exist separate from your physical body.

The 2nd hurdle to overcome is to realize that you are already everywhere in time and space right now.

Why is this true?

Because we are all the children of God and the whole universe is ONLY in God's mind. Once you prove this to yourself you realize you are everywhere in time and space with God all the time so it is effortless to be all places in time or space or any one or more places in time and space. But, there is theory and then there is your actual experience of this and the two are as different as day and night.

Also, please don't try to soul travel without angels because it isn't safe and your physical body might die.
