An Atmospheric River is slamming Portland and most of Oregon right now and heading east from there

 However, by around Monday or Tuesday it should swing south and hit most of California including the SF Bay Area where I live by at the very latest Tuesday and swing south throughout the rest of California too eventually. So, we expect snow and rain throughout California and here in SF Bay are from Tuesday through at least next Friday or Saturday. Here is Mt. Shasta's weather and San Francisco's weather this week.
