I'm watching a DVR of him on Jimmy Fallons late night show and he is telling how he actually wrote this book by using all the journaling he does every day. He also said not to just write when you are angry but also write when you are having the green lights in life so you can refer to the good times the next time your life sort of hits a hopefully temporary snag as well. So, when things aren't good you can remember how good that they were for you at another time and take courage.
His philosophy of life will help a lot of people with their lives right now I believe.
