I started watching "Yellowjackets" on Showtime only to realize about 4 episodes in it was what is called a Drama Horror classification

Horror has never been my genre to watch. I like Science Fiction (like the 3rd season of Lost in Space) or comedies or other interesting things but never horror. But, I do like things like all the Marvel movies and Star Wars and Star Trek and the Hawkeye Series at Disney Plus and Loki at Disney plus and Only Murders in the building which is with Steve Martin, Martin Short and Selena Gomez and stuff like this.

Only Murders in the Building is at Hulu by the way.

Here's the basic plot. The Soccer Championship Girls team is on a jet airline flight. It Crashes in the Canadian Wilderness somewhere. At least 6 people die so there are only the girls and three boys including one adult left alive. And the adult left alive lost one leg at around the  the knee or above in the crash and is a male and their coach. And the other two boys left alive are about 12 and 15 or 16 years old. This crash is around 1996? I think. So, I would say the girls are around 15 years old.

Now, flash forward to the survivors now in 2021 who survived 18 months in a total survival situation with likely more deaths than I saw in the first 4 episodes. So, now I'm torn between wanting to know what happens next and being grossed out by what is happening in this genre which is not where I want to be.

However, I suppose if "Drama Horror" is your genre you might like a series like this on Showtime.
