Quote from the Frontspiece quote from Time magazine on the article called "The Choice" about Elon Musk

from page 34 of the time magazine December 27th 2021.

Despite shattering records this year with a net world above 300 Billion, Elon Musk demurs at being described as the richest person in the history of the world. "Excluding sovereigns," Musk says wryly, adding that Russia's Vladimir Putin is likely richer than he. "I can't invade countries and stuff."

end quote.

I thought this was a great comment on our times on many different levels,

since Putin has planted the seeds of the end of our democracy through Trump.

And those to the extreme right seem oblivious to this fact to the demise of all of us potentially.

When people are so selfish and deluded and in pain often they destroy the best things in the history of mankind through their selfishness.

We need the "Greatest Generation" once again who fought for our country's democracy in World War II.

Because within 5 years it could be the potential end of this democracy the way things are presently going regarding deluded people out of touch with any useful reality.
