Shutting down nuclear power plants, shutting down water and power supplies. Shutting down all transportation, and food supplies to the 40 million plus or minus people still there means that would could easily see millions of these mostly civilians die, freeze to death, drink contaminated water or eat contaminated food or spoiled food and have cholera outbreaks from unclean water etc.
In other words this likely will be a nightmare for the Ukrainian people and many millions might die during their being starved and frozen to death without any power from their nuclear or other power plants now across Ukraine.
For example, this is in southern Ukraine (not even northern Ukraine these temperatures I'm showing you here where the Nuclear reactor was attacked by Russian Troops the last few days and hit by Tanks and other cannons.
Without power people likely will freeze unless they have wood burning stoves or something to burn to keep warm. Without power water often stops flowing a lot too. Without power often toilets aren't going to work either because water won't get there.
Also, Cluster bombs are being used against the civilian population as well. I'll create another article so you can learn more about the illegal use of cluster bombs.
