The problem with the previous article:

 Is that Putin could say that: "Ukraine cannot be NATO or part of the European Union and if it does I need to nuke it so no one is alive there anymore.

In other words saying: "

RUSSIA WOULD ONLY USE NUCLEAR WEAPONS AGAINST A THREAT TO "EXISTENCE OF THE STATE":

is a bullshit thing for Russia to say and not believable at all in any way, shape or form. Because Putin has been saying one thing and doing another all along. So, you cannot believe anything he says ever.
