Remember Colonel Corso was DIA which released things like Kevlar and Microchips from Roswell to American Companies

 They were told to do this by saying that these were secret Soviet Inventions at the time. They did not tell U.S. Corporations that this was alien stuff at all.

Remember, Corso and his General overseeing his work agreed that the last one of them alive should write a book. It is called "The Day After Roswell" by Colonel Corso of the DIA under President Eisenhower who actually bought the time space saucers in California at Edwards air force base when it was called then "MUROC" air force base at the time that Eisenhower was president.

So, it all falls into line perfectly that getting people angry at aliens knocking up their women would come as the next step in "The Alien War" here on earth.
