Someone was explaining what the Satan II ICBM was capable of on CNN I believe

 This is a synopsis of what they said:

"The Satan II missile is capable of not being detected because it flies so fast and can carry up to 16 hypersonic nuclear missiles that can be released at any time as it moves through the air. They said it travels at 8 or 10 times the speed of sound or more and I think the speed they said it could travel at through the atmosphere is 17,000 miles per hour which means that something like this could take off and strike anywhere on earth within 1 1/2 to 2 hours time while flying too fast to stop it. In fact as I think about it more it means that from any point it is likely only 12,000 miles to any other point on earth because you can fly north, south east or west from any point to get to any other point or location on the planet Earth.

So, realistically if this thing flies 17,000 miles and hour it can reach any other location on earth within 45 minutes time. However, how fast the first nuclear weapon travels really means nothing because it is what the doomsday weapons of Russia, the U.S., China, England, France, Germany, Israel, Pakistan, India and North Korea do within the next year to eliminate all life on earth that actually counts here.

Also, they said that each hypersonic Nuclear missile inside of each "SATAN II"   could take out something the size of France in one blast. So, once you set off something like this it could theoretically take out the east coast of the U.S. the West Coast of the U.S., England, France, Germany, Pakistan, India and Beijing and Shanghai and most of China as well.

And this would be only ONE Satan II ICBM doing all this damage.

However, like I said it isn't who sets off the first nuclear blasts it is who ends the nation and the world within the next month that actually counts here.

In other words to release one weapon like this on Europe, the U.S. and China would end all life on earth within a month.

So, if one of the 16 hypersonic missiles contained in one Satan II missile could take out France and leave a crater full of mostly ocean there from the Mediterranean and Atlantic Ocean then it could take out 15 other France size nations and make those craters too.(Just from one Satan II missile).
