However, mostly you don't want to get out of your car or be outside when it is like this because it is dangerous for most people to be in these kinds of temperatures very long at all. There are some rare people who do okay in temperatures like this but most of them grew up in these kinds of temperatures and know what to do to stay alive.
The people who die a lot in these temperatures are people from other areas who don't understand that their lives are threatened by being in these temperatures more than a few minutes to an hour at most at a time or don't have anywhere to cool down or are ignorant in various ways in how to survive high temperatures.
Mostly you don't want to be outside anywhere when it is this hot because you could easily die.
The first thing that happens is your brain gets too hot to make good decisions. And once you can no longer make good decisions you could easily faint or die and unless someone is there to save you you will tend to expire in not a very long time if you are unconscious out in this much heat.
If there is any wind this can help some unless you are too dehydrated to withstand evaporation of moisture from your body. If you are too dehydrated a wind will just hasten your death.
If you have never experienced first hand these types of temperatures in the 120s range basically it feels like you are in an oven and you are cooking (which in some ways you are). So, staying cool and hydrated is how you stay alive in this temperature range from 120 to 134 degrees or more. Because once your brain becomes too hot to make any useful decisions often you are a goner without any help of other younger healthier people around you.
